You have to make a firm commitment that you will no longer wallow in self pity, envy and anger. When you do find yourself starting to, you must refocus and remember your commitment. You owe it to yourself to reverse your self pity, envy and anger and achieve the happiness you deserve in your life.

When you find yourself starting to feel sorry for yourself, think of your new life; how much better it will be without the self pity, anger and envy. It’s time to break the self pity attitude today and start enjoying your life again!
