Key Responsibilities:
-Develop the online marketing strategy and budget engaging key stakeholders within the Divisional Marketing teams and the Head of Multi-Channel
-Manage the marketing budget and measure performance of all marketing activities, both online and onsite
-Drive sales and manage the marketing mix based on a cost of demand basis
-Maximise customer acquisition through effective third party marketing relationships, e.g. search engine marketing, display advertising, and leveraging existing advertising, e.g. catalogues, in-store promotion
Work with the Onsite Marketing and Content Manager to develop cohesive plans for onsite and email direct mail
-Manage and analyse the customer database to gain insight into customers – understand how customers are segmented, behave and their lifetime value
-Develop the online brand.
