A worldwide marketing campaign has resulted in several qualified responses from the past year of hard work in 2009, with the building of 25 websites, registering 100 Internet domains and a daily blast of 100 million ad flyers, Opt-in E-mail blasts, classified ads, press releases, posts, blogs and business opportunity forums.

I am presently looking for a partner that will fund the entire project. We have a projected plan that will present a full return on investment within the first 33 months. Total investment would require 8 million dollars for the 5 companies (Jeffrey’s Zone, Jeffrey’s Zone Entertainment, Dallas Concert Sound & Lighting, Dallas 2010 and The Odyssey Room) and also with the building improvement allowance. Additionally, 7 million dollars to purchase the property, with a total investment of $15,000,000.00. With the long-term business partnership, it would earn an additional 95% average annual return (AAR) on investment from the Limited Partnership to our investor for 20 years.

Two years has gone into the development and planning of this facility…

It will be the only facility of it's kind in Texas…

It will also be the largest club in the State of Texas (300,000 square feet.)…

The largest billiards room west of the Mississippi River…

Also, the largest Internet cafe and arena gaming center with over 576 computer stations… And of course the largest private facility for corporate events, concerts, weddings and private parties including 5 sound stages with Jazz, Country, Rock, Blues. Pop, Hip hop Techno and R&B…

This facility could be a one of a kind in all of the US, with over 1000 points of sale and have the possibility to hold all records of being the largest special event entertainment center of its kind in the world (Internet Cyber Café, Arena Gaming Center, billiards room, music rehearsal halls, sound & video stages, private event rooms & offices and accommodate a dance / music hall with a 6000 occupant capacity).
